What sets me apart is that I’ve lived it myself. I know what it feels like to be forced to take a buyout and I’ve seen close friends and respected colleagues experience the emotional weight of being pushed out, offered buyouts, or forced into early retirement. I understand, firsthand, the uncertainty, loss of identity, and pressure to “figure it out” quickly. I’ve been on both sides of the fence as a professional navigating transition and as a strategist guiding others through it.
