AH Strategies is a career strategy and coaching business operating in the state of Georgia, United States. We provide career coaching, professional development guidance, and strategic support services.

Our services are educational and advisory in nature and do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to job offers, promotions, compensation increases, or employment placement.

4. Booking, Payments, and Fees

  • All sessions and packages must be booked in advance

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars

  • AH Strategies reserves the right to change pricing, services, or offerings at any time

By completing a booking, you authorize AH Strategies to charge the payment method provided.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be forfeited

  • Package sessions must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase

Details for specific services may be outlined in individual booking descriptions.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching services:

  • Individual sessions are non-refundable once delivered

  • Coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has taken place

Any exceptions are made at the sole discretion of AH Strategies and in accordance with Georgia law.

7. Confidentiality

AH Strategies maintains client confidentiality and will not disclose personal information shared during coaching sessions except:

  • With client consent

  • When required by law or court order

Clients may not record sessions without prior written consent from AH Strategies.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, tools, templates, worksheets, and resources provided by AH Strategies are the intellectual property of AH Strategies and are licensed for individual client use only.

Clients may not copy, distribute, share, sell, or reproduce materials without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, AH Strategies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to:

  • Use of this website

  • Participation in coaching or strategy services

  • Decisions or actions taken based on coaching guidance

10. No Guarantees

AH Strategies makes no guarantees or representations regarding career outcomes, employment success, income levels, or job placement.
